Feng Shui in Real Estate – the Location and Lot

baguaWhat do you know about Feng Shui? If you’re like most people, you probably will not even sure if I it is now spelled correctly. Maybe you’re an old man who does the world slowest kung fu at dawn picture (the Tai Chi, is very different.) Feng shui is a sorta guide about the placement and architecture of the house to allow for good energy flow. And it is not only the placement of the bed and couch.

The placement of the actual house and landscaping will affect the chi (energy) of the house in great style. Let’s start with a few tips to consider when examining the situation for you your dream house. 1. The study first and most important, the history of a property. Find out what happened to the previous tenant, and the ones before them. And even the ones before them. Ask your neighbors or selling agent. If all the previous inhabitants have had money problems, family problems, etc., have, chances are there’s bad feng shui. Best to move on and look for another house. 2. Pay attention to the road placement.

The street in front of your house should not jump out to your home. If a house sits in a dead end in a T-junction or in the middle of the cul-de-sac, then energy is constantly flowing straight along this road to the house, then building and it has stagnated. That is not good, the chi must continue, as the air stream. If it gets stuck in your house, it can go bad. 3. Be careful what around the house. Examine the terrain closely. Ideally the property should have a dark turtle on its back (a mountain or hill, another house, a row of trees, a fence, etc.), a dragon (a house, a tree) on the left, a white tiger (a smaller house or tree) on the right side and a phoenix (open field, a circular flowerbed, a meandering or street) in the foreground.

All those exotic names are just a fun way to clear a house by itself is not an ideal situation, since there is nothing to slow the flow of chi. Most of the houses are all these things around them already, but it does not hurt to think about it, seeing for the first time, a place. Other things to think “poisoned arrows,” such as telephone poles, flagpoles, or the corner of a house shows the path. It can impede the flow of energy to the house. Even a hospital can be a source of bad energy. 4. Something that comes to mind probably is not automatically spring is the shape of the object, but that may be very important.

Always go for something symmetrical, like a square or rectangle. If your property is very close to square, use hedges to fill in the spots that make it irregularly. Triangular properties can create disharmony. If you only have a place of love and unconditional one, it has, but it is on a triangular lot, it’s better for the wide side in the back, the other way indicates an inability to save money. When visiting a property, note the shapes of things around. I know it sounds weird, but kind of squint your eyes and see what you look like you are accustomed to as a child when you looked at the clouds do in the sky. If anything, looks like an enemy, then be careful. That is a sign of an anti-chi could be. You want enough material to slow the energy to grasp it, but so that they flow well.
